Return Policy

Please note:
Due to the age of vintage items it is rare to find them in mint condition; most every vintage item has at least a small flaw. We look over every item thoroughly to check for damage and try to be very specific when describing problems with the items. If you have questions about an item's condition please email us before you purchase it! 

Our Return Policy

- Items are only returnable for in-store credit.

- Returned items must be un-worn and in original condition.

- Shipping, handling, and insurance are not refundable.

- Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping (the same mode as was used to ship to the customer [USPS First Class or Priority Mail]).

Items That Can NOT be Returned

- Ephemera, including sewing patterns and books

- Sale Items, Including anything from "The Bargain Basement"

- Items listed in Okay, Fair or Poor Condition

- Hats

- Swimsuits and Underwear

How To Make A Return

No Returns will be accepted without an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). For an RMA email lulusvintage (at) yahoo.com. 

RMAs will only be given within 24 hours of customer’s receipt of goods. 

Returns with RMAs will only be accepted within 5 days of customer’s receipt of goods.
